A championship team
A company is not a family. We care deeply about each other, tell each other the truth, and hold extremely high standards. The mission comes first.
Lock the fuck in
Find the most important fire. Get completely locked in. Stay there until it is solved. The best work should feel impossible to stop thinking about.

Pick your problem.

We play to win, keep things simple, move fast, and seek the truth. Caring and high standards are not opposites. The best teams have both.
